In 2024 My newly purchased galaxy s20 plus is not upgrading from android 10

Dear All,

I have purchased a Samsung S20 plus from USA which is in android 10, when i check for updates it says no update is available for next 24 hours, as of i know this can be upgraded till android 13. Please see the attachement and guide me. Thank you all.

Wait for 1 or 2 days and then try to update your phone. If still you don't get update then please go to samsung care they will assist you well and tell what to do next. If possible update your phone from Samsung care

Check phone is genuine or not through imei number first. Coz in original phone this should not happen. If original then wait 24hr. & check again then visit service center.

I have checked my phone with imei number and model number its genuine, for your information my phone has brought from usa and its AT&T phone

No matter from where you bought, till android 13 phone will get update. & update come through OTA ,so when update roll out in USA you will get in your phone same time even you r out of USA coz OTA update directly comes from servers. There may be some issue in your phone that update is not coming. Wait fro 24 hr. Then check, if not resolved go to service centre

Go to settings then About phone and then status information and check if phone status is 'official'
