It is unfortunate that many of us are facing green line issue on our samsung mobiles.

So, these are few things to know to get free screen replacement on Samsung service centres.

1. ask whether ur mobile model comes under free replacement.

2. your mobile should have been purchased within 3 years.

3. mobile bill should be on ur name, u need to submit one copy of purchase bill.

4. it'll take 4-5 days

5. they also said the SIM should be also under our name (not sure)

6. need to pay service charges.

There is no free replacement unless u have an S series phone. I will just advice everyone to go to some other brand like nothing or google.

Free screen replacement is available for under warrenty phones having no physical demage and following models too

Why should customer pay for anything or why should it be in warranty? It is well known that it's mistake from company and they must fix it and even they must be penalized for discomfort it has caused to customers.
