Green line issue in Galaxy S 23 plus

After updating to one UI 7, 15 days ago, I am getting green line issue in galaxy S23 plus. And the service center guysa re saying there is no free screen replacement and asking for 9000 bucks to repair it . Is this justified for samsung users ? 
They provide software update and customer have to pay for its backlash.
Please suggest me what should I do next ?

9000 bucks means ? Are you mean they ask you 9000 dollar 😏

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion, went to service centre and asked them to create a job card for this and shard that job id with customer support. now waiting for their response

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply try
