Display line issues after march-april software updates mys23 2pink line and a green line. I have contacted samsung service center and prepared job sheet no physical damage no other issues other than out of warranty. They only gave me an discount of ₹6849 and i have to pay the remaining ₹1882 by myself.shame on you Samsung . The others were only charged ₹650 why are you doing this if its your fault you are the ones to solve i request free repair cost and display replacement

Yeah to get discount for their fault. My friend has to pay ₹649 and i have to pay ₹1882 . We prepared the job sheet in the same date

I got free replacement of display for green line problem for my s22 mobile in my knowledge more than 15.000 samsung customers using mobile with green line with no help from Samsung

No i have visited the nearest service center and prepared job sheet and called the customer executive then they highlight our problem and headoffice will recall you after that they send you the mail

Ah i see.. I have got two pink line in my display and dont know what to do. So i should get a job sheet first and then contact executive ?.. if so how do I contact them ?
