Image shift issue in Galaxy S24 Ultra

Turns out there are large number of faulty units of S24 ultra has been shipped to the early buyers. 
Found a post by someone on X(twitter) and then checked my S24 Ultra and yes the issue is there on my device too

I have raised my concerns with Samsung support lets see what will happen.

even my s24 ultra has the same lens switching issue, I am so angry that I have a visit service centre for it. Such a waste of money to buy a flagship samsung phone

That's absurd, error happens.
Its about solving it, and they did.
They were able to identify the issue after production of 1st batch and fixed it, its the officials who instead of discarding that batch allowed to pass and shipped to users.
Keep your hatred to yourself man.

Thats what i said man. They never bothered about reputation. See i sent one mail to senior most person in Samsung korea. He replied immediately. And even i sent mail, message thro LinkedIn to Indian ceo Mr. Adithya Babbar. He read all the messages and mails but he dont even have the courtesy to reply not even single time. Thats the mentality of indian officials

Now its where I can agree, here in India people on senior positions think they're untouchable and they aren't answerable to anyone.

Same issue on my S24 Ultra and SC says it OK as their QC didn't find any issue.

Many people are getting replacement, so I think this is a real issue and samsung is already aware. I am already in talks with Samsung customer service team and they will share updates tomorrow.

Bro even if you get the new phone that will also have same issue 😂 So wait for Feb Build Devices maybe they can solve in this build if its hardware issue.
