Icon change to white while closing

Do you guys think this is normal?

Icon color change to white while closing in Samsung S23 Ultra.

Received response from customer Support when logs and video submitted, This is really not acceptable the type of Support and service samsung is providing. If their is a bug it should be fixed instead of replying it's natural phenomenon

It looks like the issue is due to the theme or icon pack/settings you are using. Please change it to default theme and icon settings.

It's default icon, only using color pallets, so I think as it is core feature it should work without any issue

Yes it's definety a colour pallete apply issue nothing to worry about

I know, it's nothing to worry about but if it's a bug then it should be consider as a bug, where as customer service says it's normal.. then why are we paying lakh for a phone company when instead of fixing it they says it's normal.

Thank you for the clarification and clarity that I should swith to iPhone, when company instead of fixing anything started to say it's normal phenomenon that means it's least bothered about their customer.

Tomorrow if I'll face some other issue, then you will call it as a feature.
