My phone battery was just replaced at a Samsung service center, and I doubt it is genuine. I think an old battery may have been installed instead because the staff asked suspicious questions and said they would not be responsible if the battery backup is not good.

If you are suspicious ask them to show the new battery before replacement. Check for the tamper proof seal. Take a picture of the new battery. Ask them to show the old battery. Compare both.

If the service center is authorized you don't need to worry.
