Samsung Team,

how to turn off post-image processing on the Samsung S24 Plus??. Specifically, when using the 50MP mode, I have noticed that the images become excessively dark, and the color balance changes significantly after being processed. This has been quite frustrating, as it diminishes the quality of otherwise good pictures.

I have tried various adjustments and settings, but the issue persists. Could you please advise if there is a solution to this problem?

I sincerely hope Samsung addresses this in an upcoming software update to enhance the user experience.

Use Pro mode and save photos in raw format.

After clicking photo - There is an option to "Revert to Orginal"

The Samsung S24 Plus's post-image processing can sometimes be overly aggressive, leading to undesirable changes in brightness and color balance.

To turn off or adjust post-image processing on your Samsung S24 Plus, follow these steps:

*Method 1: Disable Scene Optimizer*

1. Open the Camera app.
2. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon).
3. Scroll down to "Scene optimizer" and toggle it off.

*Method 2: Adjust Picture Modes*

1. Open the Camera app.
2. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon).
3. Scroll down to "Picture modes" and select "Pro" mode.
4. In Pro mode, you can adjust settings like ISO, exposure compensation, and white balance to better control the image processing.

*Method 3: Use a Third-Party Camera App*

1. Download and install a third-party camera app, such as Open Camera or Camera FV-5.
2. These apps often provide more manual controls and can bypass some of the Samsung's post-image processing.

If you're still experiencing issues, you can try resetting the camera settings to their default values or clearing the camera app's cache and data.

I hope one of these methods helps you achieve the desired image quality on your Samsung S24 Plus!
