Subject: Camera Quality Issue of SAMSUNG GALAXY S24 ULTRA after One UI 7 Update
Hello Samsung Team, After updating my Galaxy S24 Ultra to One UI 7 (Android 15), I have noticed that the camera quality feels downgraded compared to One UI 6.1. The sharpness and fine details, especially in normal 1x photos and close-up shots, seem softer, and image processing appears to be over-smoothing textures.
Please check the camera tuning in the next patch or provide a fix for this issue. I have already tried clearing camera cache, resetting camera settings, and testing with Scene Optimizer ON/OFF, but the quality still doesn’t feel as good as before.
Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app and Samsung will fix it in the next update. To do that follow this procedure Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
