On my S10 , Factory reset is disabled.Wipe data and factory reset also not available on recovery!!!
How to enable this?

now only one option u can try
go to google find my device
login with your gmail id
and choose option to wipe out data
check once might it work if error of handset
but if this is from Samsung then not possible i think

Galaxy SGo to device recovery and you will have the option.

finally found it.There was an app on device admin app section.Deactivated and removed .Then the option to reset got enabled.Now factory reset done.
