Click on The Notification And Then It Will Ask To Give The Pin/Passward etc of Your Device, Give It And You Will See The Notification Will Disappear.
If You Consider It As Helpful Please Make The Comment A Sollution.

Unlock the secure folder once and it will get removed. It appears everytime after restarting

If you are not using secure folder just disable it. It'll stop pushing such notifications related to secure folder.
