Horizontal grey lines on S24 Ultra

Facing an issue with S24 Ultra having three horizontal grey lines at 1/3, 1/2 and 2/3rd of the scree in greyscale and some solid colors, and quite visible even if I don't crank down the display brightness to the minimum. 

Previously I had one line which was more visible and had my display replaced under warranty. Now it has three and quite distracting. 

Is it a documented issue? Should I followup with the service center again to get the display replaced again?

Is it only in Greyscale or is it there regardless of any display setting?

It is regardless of display settings and visible in shades of grey and also in solid colors like cyan, brown.

Try turning off Vivid mode and switch to Natural mode......

Why should he change settings, he should be able to use the phone however he likes.

Thats s24 ultra display problem.
Its colour banding issue and its almost present in every s24 series phone.
Even s23 Ultra has this problem but its very less compared to s24 ultra
