I have been using oppo enco air 3 pro for a while now but I was unable to turn on LDAC, or Hi Res audio with my samsung galaxy s23. But it was supporting with my friends oneplus mobile. Is there any way to solve this issue.

I don't think problem is with device rather with software because it's not only problem with my samsung device but also A34 which I have tested

Ok,
Step 1: pair your oppo enco air 3 pro with a34.(you might need heymelody app).
Step 2: turn on LDAC in your mobile settings(in developer mode).
Step 3: again goto LDAC see it's still on LDAC or not.
Step 4: if LDAC is ON goto heymelody app and turn LDAC ON which is under High quality settings. If every was successful then problem is with my device.
Step 5: if your LDAC is OFF then problem is with software.
