To enable Wifi Labs., From settings, goto Wifi settings. Tap the 3 dots on the top right to access the menu, and tap on Intelligent wifi. Scroll to the bottom. Tap on the version number about 5-10 (till a message to say Labs enabled appear). Now Connectivity Labs option will appear at the bottom.
You will get some handy tools like Home wifi inspection, Wifi developer options in labs.
