My s24 it's been 2 weeks since I brought.I experiencing ultimate heating on this phone even I updated software and apps to latest but it's No good to heating issue.I humbly request to Samsung to solve this issue.For this price and flagship level of this does not deserve this issue.Because of heating battery also drains alot faster.I am a man of samsung I love their software and features but This disappointed me😔.So bring an update to solve this I am requesting this.!!!

But why ?? I don't expect this from samsung! They know this phone is creating a mess and it have problems So they should take necessary action.

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

1. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.
2. Decrease the screen brightness.
3. Close background running apps.
4. Uninstall the unnecessary apps.
5. Reduce long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions as it may cause heating issue.
6. Avoid usage of mobile phone when charging.

7. Update software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Tap on Download > Downloading updates > Tap on Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

8. If the issue is still not been resolved, Reset the device:
IMPORTANT:
• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
• Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
• If you do not remember it, then reset, (Forgot password) your google account.
• For this:
• Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin) > forgot password >Select ""try another way"" > Next > Enter a new password > Next.

Please follow the below steps to reset the device:
Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > tap on Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps)

If the issue still persists, after performing all troubleshooting steps, would request you to please visit the service center. Below is the link to find nearest service center

I done all this but heating persists,
Actually Exynoss 2400 runs hot when phone performs simple tasks it became hot So kindly bring a software update to solve this heating issue of exynoss.All s24 users regret for buying this phone without knowing this problem I think they all are fans of samsung and they being hating samsung for this.Samsung should optimize exynoss for it's heating issue and bring an efficient processor through updates.I humbly requesting this.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I complainted through it but these are the things they say and I even emailed samsung.I expect samsung to solve this by software update and there is no way for troubleshooting to solve it.I expect samsung to consider it soon.!!
