Almost after 1 year my phone back cover is lose once again! 

I'm done with samsung! Next phone will be definitely not Samsung.

Choose any other phone, only Samsung phones have poor quality, even on flagship phones.Or you can take it to the consumer court and file a case.

Samsung phones have high quality. This guy might have mishandled it without actual proof we can't say anything. So don't simply blindly believe everything here.
