Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Get it replaced for free at the service center if your device is less than 3 years old. I got mine replaced a couple of weeks ago.

Ok, let me visit them, i just called one Servce Centrs now, they said they will examine the phone condition and after tht proceed with free replacement, in many of the cases they are jst lying, by sayimg that phne is damaged and not eligible for free replacement.
