Hdfc netbanking app not working in s22 ultra india

Helllo everyone!

I am using s22ultra from last 1 year. Since last 2 days the the Hdfc net banking app not working. After opening immediately its closing. I have uninstalled and instead it again, Clear the cache as well but no luck. Restarted mobile also. I have installed same app in another oneplus mobile and its working as expected. But its strange issue have tried with wifi and mobile data as well.

Is anyone facing the similar issue?

Goto developers settings and disable "USB Debugging" then clear app cache and data. It'll start working.

As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

Check your device in safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/safe-mode-on-samsung-phones/

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

In case the issue still occurs. Please share a log file, To share the log file click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Thank you for sharing the troubleshooting steps. After performing the steps also no luck. Finally i have shared log file to samsung team. Looking forward waiting for response from samsung team.

I have contacted HDFC support Team. They have released new version of the application and issue got resolved. Please update the application who ever facing the issue.
