I just unlocked my mobile and all of Sadan the green line got pop up on the screen. There was no any external pressure applied on the screen or the mobile didn't fall on the ground from a height or didn't plugin for charging while the issue happened. I have reached out to the support the funniest answer i have received is "As per the Samsung guidelines if there is a horizontal line near the camera, then the device if eligible for the free repair as you got vertical line repair will be done on the chargeable basis."

is this an user issue or mistake to get a greenline? Why should we pay 22000/- for screen replacement for device issue which is not generated by an user. 


Requesting for free screen replacement as it was not an user mistake.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Welcome to the ever-growing club of Samsung green line issue.
Take your device to the service center for inspection and insist that they create a job sheet. You’ll almost certainly be handed a repair quote. After that, escalate the case to customer care and request a review for a free replacement. If the stars align and miracles happen, you might—just might—get a free replacement.

If that still doesn't work, I strongly recommend sharing your experience on social media platforms and filing a complaint with the consumer court, backed by all the evidence you have. Samsung should absolutely be held accountable for this widespread green line issue—it’s high time they take responsibility for their customers' grievances.
