Following a recent software update, a green line and white band appeared on the display of my device. Despite contacting customer service, my request for a free display replacement was denied due to the fact that the device was purchased in UAE. However, it has come to my attention that numerous customers have successfully obtained free display replacements for their overseas mobile devices.

In light of this information, I kindly request that Samsung reconsider my case and provide a suitable solution to address the issue with my device's display.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

In india there is no warranty to outside india phones. Only apple is giving support all over the world. You will have to buy Samsung phones Only in india.

Please note the policy is applicable for indian models only for oversease devices the repair cost will applicable as per Samsung poliicies.
