Galaxy SSame issue with my s23 ultra after update. After several persuasions no response. Now I shall approach the consumer forum. Best platform. Send a lawyers notice before lodging the case. They might give a favourable response.

Galaxy SExactly same thing happened with me and same model on same date.
They are saying the same thing to me. Pathetic.
Going to Consumer court is the only option left.
Samsung will do nothing. Worst experience.
