Green line issues.

While going thru various posts it is observed that members are facing green line on their display on new software updates. It is very annoying . Updating is done to strengthen the security and it fixes stability issues also. But Samsung is silent on this green line issue (Ridiculous). Display is the most vital part of our mobile. So before updating wait for some days. Once you update..can't revert back. Can anybody suggest any solution ?..Above all Your hard earned money is invested...Only God can save us.

The issue could occur due to usage and various other factors, in case there is any kind of issue that occurs after the update then we suggest our customers kindly visit the service center and inspect your device with the technical team end, they will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.

Since I am using S24ultra, I have minor issues .like...5g net work issues,though not all some washed out image issue..camera issues...etc.,which I think will be rectified in forthcoming updates. But in future over a period of time,I might go thru the same problem which is now happening to old model devices . Hope samsung will consider the issues and focus on solutions. Kindly avoid same copy past answer to all problems.

First, try contacting the service center. If they don't help or ask for a large sum of money, simply register a complaint on the NCH app for assistance. For more details, refer to my latest community post.
