Don't update your S21 fe ❌

Hi I'm Karthik, from Chennai,
I own galaxy s21fe (Exynos) which I bought on August 2022. On April 25th 2024 i got security patch update from samsung for April month, so I'll be updating every security patch whenever I receive a notification, immediately after updating that patch i got green line on my display. The next day I took my device to nearest Authorised service centre to fix this issue.
They said your series is not under our policy for free display replacement for this green line issue, I have to wait till Samsung announce officially if their will be a free display replacement for s21 fe, or else I have to pay and replace my display.
This issue mentally affects me so much because if I made any physical damage or something that is fine but here why should I pay for what samsung has done. Reputation of this brand has gone. I'll never buy or recommend samsung hereafter.

Go to consumer Court website file a complaint, if the problem is from software then solution should be provided today its you tomorrow it could be any one, all earned hard money.

Samsung is Best Top Brand, But it's Past, Samsung now a days Proper R&D is not going on for New Mobiles Released by it.

Samsung S24 Ultra is best example of it, It Proudly launched it's Flagship Mobile, But Now many Issues in it Like :

1) Sunlight Display Visibility Issue,
2) No Proper Optimization,
3) Battery Backup,
.....etc.,

Samsung not releasing Proper updates to fix above Issues also...

Samsung not even Responding to it's Flagship Customers & not fixing Issues in it

So Dissappointed 👎 👎 👎

If Samsung Continue to do like this, Coming days APPLE will Capture all Samsung Flagship Customers....

Samsung wakeup & Fix Issues

Even Before Releasing Updates to Mobiles not testing Properly......

Many users are affecting from same problem. Register Complaint to samsung customer care or get file case in consumer court against samsung. Plz raise voice against samsung on social media. I m also affected from same issue.
