My S23 also got a green line 3 days back. The customer care staff told Samsung doesn't provide free replacement for S23. Maybe have to go legally.

Samsung generally offers free screen replacement for certain issues like green line under warranty or specific extended programs. But after the warranty expires, free replacement usually isn’t provided unless there’s a known widespread defect covered by a Samsung service campaign.
For your *Samsung S23* with green line issue right after an update, here’s what you can do:
1. *Check if your phone is still under warranty.* If yes, visit an authorized Samsung service center to get it fixed free or under warranty.
2. *Contact Samsung support* and explain the green line appeared after an update — sometimes they offer special repair programs or goodwill repairs.
3. If out of warranty, ask if there’s any official Samsung screen replacement program for the green line issue.
4. Avoid third-party repairs if you want official support.
Unfortunately, free screen replacement after warranty isn’t common unless Samsung declares a known defect program.😊❤
