Power OFF Galaxy smartphones and turn ON-
To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off.
Update device software (If Software update available): https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

Galaxy SAs per the service center, samsung policy allows one-time free replacement of screen for the eligible devices which are purchased under 3 years.
Display cost will be applicable for devices beyond 3 years.
Policy does not make sense..
