Green line Issue on Samsung S20 plus

I'm having this Green line Issue on my Samsung S20 plus and it isn't under warranty. 

The Samsung has accounced Free Screen Replacement for the phones under 3 years of purchase. But the green line appeared after my 3 years of my purchase, so I'm basically out of scheme. 

P. S : My phone hasn't had any external damage and green line appeared while scrolling Instagram 

Any suggestions how to get Screen replaced?

I think they are giving software support still long so need to provide bug support like green line in display. We all need to rise this query upto the higher level of sumsung support then its be fix.

If your phone doesn't have any physical damage...like it should be as good as new ..no dents on the body and frame...than go to service center and tell them to send request to samsung or call customer care and explain...

I went to service centre, they told me to call Samsung Helpline.
On Samsung Helpline, they asked me to raise complaint from my side at the service centre. I don't know where it is going.

This is hardware problem you need to change your display..so you can go for service center.

Go to service center and tell them customer support has told me to raise a complaint with service center
