Galaxy SI reached out to samsung service centre. They have raised a ticket as well. But how long does it take for samsung to approve the request. We haven't got a reply from past 3 days.

Galaxy SThey have asked for original bill. But I have misplaced the bill and I am unable to find it now.
The device was purchased 3 years ago (29th Oct 2022).
Can this replacement be carried out without the original bill?
Please assist me how to deal with this issue.
