Google fast pairing issue

Is anyone facing issues on S23 about the google fast pairing. My Oppo enco buds 2 are not able to pair with my device

I own Enco Buds 2 and S23, these buds don't have the Google fast pairing feature. You need to connect them manually for the first time, once the connection is done it always connects with in seconds next time.
