Clear app cache through Device care:
Step 1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Device Care.
Step 3: Tap on Storage.
Step 4: Tap on CLEAN NOW.
kindly report the problems of your Samsung smartphone with a log file. Please share the device log file within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence by using the error report option via the Samsung Member application.
Path:Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
