I have encountered an image shift issue with my Galaxy S24 Ultra. I even visited the Samsung retail store and checked other devices; they also have the same issue. However, when I compared it with the Galaxy S23 Ultra, which doesn't have this issue, some suggested it might be due to a new sensor. However, some X's users said their devices are working fine. Some have received DOA signed for replacement, but those devices also have the same issue.

I can't say much but feels like it's a software glitch. If we can disable lense switching somehow then it will work for us

See, I tried this thing and you'll not face this issue because then in close shots lens is not being switched, I tried and what I felt is when the zoom lens is not able to focus properly it changes back to main sensor and doing a digital crop.
If you pay close attention you'll notice how clear and focused images became after split seconds.

Mine has the same issue and service centre guys blindly said that is a feature.

Us bro Us, he said the same to me. He said I can't issue a job sheet nor am I able to replace it. It's even more frustrating when they deny the issue and saying it's a featureus_bhai_us_1000000047_1706977984.jpg

People of customer care from Samsung are also not able to understand the issue.

Yes, I observe the same; they are clearly not able to understand or are not aware that it even occurs. Also, where I visited, they brought the S24 Ultra, which has the same issue, which is why they were denying this issue. I personally also tested two devices from different store demo units that had the same issue. This makes it difficult for them to really carry forward with that.

All knew that this is an issue but they are not accepting this. All demo units in stores have the same issue because of first batch. Samsung has rectify this and 2nd batch has no such issues. I am in search of 2nd batch unit to prove that this is an issue in real.

Yeah, it looks to me like there aren't any 2nd badges near me, and if there aren't any other phones, they won't be accepting them. Buddy, as you're saying Samsung has rectified the issue in the 2nd badge, is there any written acknowledgment by Samsung about this issue?
