Galaxy S24 Ultra Camera Lens Shift And Slow Charging

Hello

I bought a s24 ultra on 25th jan and from day 1 I have been facing issues with the camera and charging speed .

In camera there is a lens shift problem while changing from 5x to 3x and vice cersa.

While the charging issue it is taking 2 hrs 10 min to charge on a 45 W adaptor and a 5 A cable whereas it should take about 1 hr 10 min.

I need to get a replacement but the service center is refusing a DOA certificate .

I am also having multiple issues- lens shift, grainy display in low brightness. Unfortunately Samsung will get away with all this.

Guys, camera lens shift is not an issue, I went to Samsung store today and I tried S24 Ultra, S23 Ultra and S22 Ultra all of them has same behaviour.

Bhai major issue hai ye wala...1st time face kiya maine ...I had galaxy fold and iPhone devices as well. My s24 ultra is just 1 day old and recorded pathetically camera lens shift shaky kinda videos. Extremely dissappointed. Will complain to Samsung service center now.

I did complain to Samsung, today they will reply back. And on Tuesday major camera update is coming it seems.

No it shouldn't happen. I compare with other brand devices, all are stable unlike this s24ultra..waiting for Refund or DOA from Samsung after my complain.
