I have encountered an image shift issue with my Galaxy S24 Ultra. I even visited the Samsung retail store and checked other devices; they also have the same issue. However, when I compared it with the Galaxy S23 Ultra, which doesn't have this issue, some suggested it might be due to a new sensor. However, some X's users said their devices are working fine. Some have received DOA signed for replacement, but those devices also have the same issue.

Poor management, they definitely find the issue during quality check. But Indian CEOs gave approval to sell the faulty phones.

Of course, they should have known about this, but they neither chose to offer replacements nor chose to hold the products until they got fixed. They just pushed them to customers.

Samsung india nowadays dont care about reputation. Even samsung members community manager choosing brand ambassador by their choice. They selected few people who doesn't even posted any message in the community. They choosing their friends and family members.

It's a manufacturing defect . It's not possible to fix this via software updates. The 1st lot has this issue . Check Twitter for this issue. Shame on Samsung.

Yes, of course, hardware can't be fixed with a software update, but Samsung not officially acknowledging this makes it difficult for Samsung service centers to accept this as an issue.
