Dear head of Samsung,

I am writing to express my continued loyalty to Samsung mobile devices, having been a user for the past fourteen years, beginning with the Galaxy S1 and currently utilizing the Galaxy S24. I acquired the Galaxy S24 a year ago. I am writing to inform you that I am experiencing significant performance issues with this device, specifically overheating during camera usage. Although I am only using it lightly and have no battery backup problems, the overheating issues are unacceptable; my hand sometimes burns.

I am notifying you of the Exynos processor problem, which results in very bad performance, instability, and overheating issues. I trusted Samsung when I bought the Exynos phone, but I am still very disappointed with this phone. Now all Indian Exynos customers got fooled with me😪, as the newly launched S24 has a Snapdragon processor.

I am also a businessman. I know that customer trust is very important. 

No more trust with Samsung products. I quit with sadness.

As you are facing multiple issues on your device, kindly share the log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve the issue.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
