Hi Galaxy Team,
I am using the Samsung galaxy from S9+ and results epic in every device.
Now using s23 but issue is that it's camera not focus very well. I have to zoom in for better capture/scan QR code ,etc.

Kindly provide an update to fix this issue or suggest how to solve.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data.
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

Check your device in safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/safe-mode-on-samsung-phones/

In case the issue still persists, Kindly share the report of the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
