Hello,
 Today, I'd like to complained an issue with my Galaxy S22 Plus. Following the One UI 6.0 update, I woke up to a pink horizontal line on the display. Subsequently, after the February update, a green line appeared in the middle of the screen. Upon visiting the Samsung service center in Bangladesh, I was informed that free servicing is limited to specific models like the S21+ and S22 Ultra, excluding my model. I'm curious about the policy discrepancy for certain devices, especially when the issue is a result of an update, not the customer's fault. 


Could you kindly reconsider this, as similar problems are being reported by many users nowadays.

I don't know about Bangladesh but in India that kind of Policy is invalid & if company won't provide us free servicing we can approach to Consumer court as it is fault of Company software not Customer.

Thanks for your response. If they dont provide any solution then I will take legal action through consumer court.

If your phone is within 3 years old u can go to service centre b4 april 2024. They will replace free of cost the display if its found to be due to software update. Applicable in india

Is this policy mentioned anywhere on the website? Because it's been 1.5 years since I got my S21 FE and the service center quoted me 13.8k for it
