My phone shows this device is belongs to your organization, what's the meaning of this?

That means you have installed your company application to your phone and have activated their access for your phone.. example: company portal app takes all access of phone

But I just bought the phone last week.
And I just reset my phone after that it shows that message.

Factory reset option isn't working now.

If you have bought it second hand or if it is refurbished then you have to contact previous user and if not then contact service centre maybe they can reinstall the software from start.

But, Service center's employees told me that we can't do anything about it.
And I bought it new.

Ohh...actually same problem was reported a year ago also in which few user were able to deactive the mdm agent from device(i don't know its procedure😔)....and some got support from service centre but as you know not all of them are so concerned about customer😐....once try to address your problem on samsung support maybe they can help -
