I don't know about older One UI but in One UI 8.0 if you go to digital wellbeing and click on the three dots, it has an option to see secure folder app usage.
Its normal with every other phone , if you want to use internet while calling then you should have data pack in the sim which is being used for calling
Is samsung removed the app 's secure' which can lock and mask the apps in devices? As mine device has both s secure and secure folder also but i am seeing that many new galaxy users are complaining about native app lock .
Ohh...actually same problem was reported a year ago also in which few user were able to deactive the mdm agent from device(i don't know its procedure)....and some got support from service centre but as you know not all of them are so concerned about...
