Galaxy SCoz even i noticed that the camera is being downgraded...
It is not like before...
Coz my friend had S20FE 5g and it was very good with one ui 3 but i noticed that it's not the same
Unfortunately even i bought the same phone
Well... I saw that sometimes i am having focusing issue... Even edge detection error etc and now this shity night mode... And now it takes a lot of time for post processing the pics

Galaxy SHonestly I'm just satisfied with pics it's producing.
But it's your phone, your opinion, I recommend you to download the One UI 3.0 firmware and flash them via ODIN. That way you can roll back. Honestly it's worth it sometimes, like getting access to Android > Data folder in Android 11 and also Android 12 introduced a feature secretly that kills phantom process over limit of 32 and that breaks apps like Termux when emulating Linux. That **bleep**. I have a work around that works like 5hrs or so and then I gotta repeat.
