Yesterday I did a November 1st security patch update. Today while using the phone it popout of no where. Has anyone faced the similar issue..
A solution or any helpful idea word really help. Thank-you!

Go to the service center

Restart it, if green line still appears in Samsung logo then understand it's display damaged, if not then it happened by software issues

Many people have reported similar issues here. We can't assume that it's just a coincidence that everyone is having display issue suddenly after update. However the service center is recommending display replacement at customer's cost if it is out of warranty.

Submit your handset at service center and email the jobsheet number with your issue explained on servicehead.in@samsung.com

If still not satisfied take matter to court legally if you can.
