On one UI 5.1, the ability to lift subjects from a photo/video on my Galaxy S22 Ultra is not working.Is the same working for anyone?? Or it is s23 series exclusive only

I don't know, but the phone started behaving normally without any issue or lag. The lag and stuttering has been completely gone. The phone works more fluid than one ui 3.1. Is it only for me or the same has been solved for everyone??
