I have been using samsung S21 FE Exynos version for around 3 years now. Suddenly one morning i got a single green line in my mobile without any external force or dropping it. 
But, the service center is rejecting my free replacement just because i have some scratches on my frame. How a 3 year phone will be in mint condition. Irony at its peak. 
The icing on the cake is this green line keep adding, now it is around 3 lines without doing anything. Such a low quality display, samsung has become. Service center also has not been helpful. Is samsung intentionally doing this?

Yes, and I have reached service center in India, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Velacherry branch. You know what they said l "come in the morning 10 clock to create job card" as if I don't have a office to go. Such a insensitive service support team you guys have. Can they not create a job card during evening 6 o'clock. Should i take a leave and go behind service staffs???. Is that what you are saying??? You have pathetic service support. Accept it and move on please.
