My fingerprint sensor in s10+ was fine as usual. Suddenly when I turned on the phone and tried it, it was not working and when I checked system logs, it shows 2 test results inside the fingerprint failing, does it mean that there's prob with hardware?

Yeah but that problem is that the phone does not recognize the sensor itself. It says 'Fingerprint sensor not responding

1. Wipe the fingerprint sensor, try to re-register.
2. Run a Scan Test on members app
3. Restart and try again
4. Start the device in safe mode and then check ,register
5. Format phone completely
And still if not works, visit service center ,or contact for other troubleshoots.
