I have S24 ultra Brand new phone but fingerprint not working properly I am facing this is day one of phone purchased days kindly suggest and solve my Query As soon as Possible

Have you tried without a screen protector? Sometimes thick screen protector reduce sensitivity

Update the Touch Screen Panel (TSP) firmware: Dial *#2663# on the phone's dial app and tap on TSP FW update (General).
