Is anyone else experiencing issues with the fingerprint recognition on their S24 Ultra after installing a tempered glass screen protector? If so, what solutions have you found to work?

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon also go to service center for check and resolves this issue. Setting jao and display option click then scroll down oha paar touch sensitivity milega usko on kardo problem solved iske baad bhi nhi hua to screen protector accha nhi hai

None of the Glass screen guard is compatible with S24 ultra for Finger Print Sensor. Better to apply membrane. There is no other option than this.

Yes...most of the available screen guards are not completely compatible with s24 ultra..

I have installed normal tempered glass on my s24 ultra, immediately after installing it found difficult to recognise so i deregistered all my fingerprints and registered them again over the tempered glass, and then everything seems working fine, no issues,
Hence kindly re register ur fingerprints to get the issue corrected everytime after u change ur temper

As per your concern, we want to inform you that Samsung cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party products. The thickness and structure of protective films or screen protectors may affect the performance of the fingerprint sensor.

If you are currently using a third-party Screen Guard or Screen Protector, we recommend removing it and re-registering your fingerprint. If you continue to experience issues after doing so, we suggest contacting the service center or the point of purchase where you obtained the glass for your device.
