Filing a legal complaint against Samsung

Hello Samsung community, 

Its been a month I purchased a new device S22 which was automatically updated to android 14 and Ui 6.0
Battery starts drainning 3 to 4 hours maximum life it was . 
Samsung service center downgrade device software without asking me .(Ui 5.1 and android 13 version). I asked for latest software they say it's the latest version they have.
When I asked them why did you change the software , not answer properly. Now I don't have any updates in my device.
No one even samsung different hierarchies are not answering properly.
Just saying your device is working fine.
I had paid them for the latest technology as you all know S22 device was compatible with Ui6.0 .But downgrading any software, is it the policy or standards of samsung company. Even the manager hierarchies dont have any knowledge about UI version and its advantages, they handle my case. One of a manger called on phone from Guru gram head office and said you will get the software update UI6.0 by 11th Jan. Really strange experience. It seems they are kidding😳
I have visited many outlets in Delhi even A series like a54 has UI 6.0 version. Now they are making fool .
I asked for the device replacement they are not providing .Not even providing any denial letter of that.
As I could approach to my seller. But there is no one who answered me correctly.I have maintained all the call recording of them. 

Should I go for Consumer court🤔 
Suggest me I am new to this community.

I purchased NEW FOLD4 It's Oct/Nov 22
Insurance for 2yrs.

My mobile not open properly
I went to customer care they said your mobile under Insurance but to claim you have to pay 10000 then your screen will work

I paid

But after 8-9 Months same problem come again

And my mobile now show blank when I open big screen


I paid almost 1.7lac with Insurance at the time of purchase

But seriously after spending such a big amount on mobile

I am helpless

My request to samsung to please find solution for my problem

I bought a samsung f15 last month and after some time i had face multiple issues in it and i visited 5 times in your service center but not get any solution
As i could approach to my seller but there is no one who answered me correctly i have jobs sheet of you authorized service center and this is enough for complaint in consumer court

Brother you can file a case against them because I'm also facing the same issue with my phone which is 23 days old.

The service centre executives are not at all supportive.

Hey Samsung,

Now get ready for the legal battle. Since second week I purchased this device I am having mobile data issue. Visisted service center over 20 times, written over 5 CEO email, over 25 hours of conversesation on phone call, multiple emails with video and ss attachments you are not providing a solution instead you closed the case twice without even mu knowledge stating no issue found thought I shared the video of issue, the technicians who examined the device confirmed issue on call with a Headoffice executive Gobi and Area Manager Sonu Mishra.
After filing case in NCH now saying shared another video and circling back the same thing.
First things, your support is wrost they make false promises and that **bleep** Area Manager Sonu Mishra, he deliberately wanted fo trouble.

People out there the Samsung device is Good however if any issue appears Trust me they have the world's worst service in India.

One more thing that CEO email column on their website is scam. The same person will call you. Coz I believe if my emails would have reached to CEO they would have come up with a solution.

Bycott samsung in this festive season
My m52 few day ago pink vertical line come on my screen but today dark green line come on screen service center told your screen damage and it is replace with rs7700 and 90 day warranty.
How it possible
When I watch cricket match the green line occur in that movement.
