So ,here i share a little information if you face green lines issues & how to prevent your phone from such issues. Hope it helps you.
Firstly you have to assured that whether this issues with same model have in large scale or only few got affected. If its in large scale then your phone eligible to free screen replacement subject to your phone must not be more than 2 year old phone. 1) Do call to Samsung Care & informed them. 2)If On call , they agree or not to replace your screen free of cost , visit nearest Customer Care center & request them to replace screen free of cost. 3)if on both (Call & visiting Service center) they don't agree to replace screen. Then, its up to you ,whether you want to pay out of pocket exps to fix it or not . 4) The last option also to file complaint against Samsung in consumer forum but it time taking, some of cases i see that Consumer court gave judgement in favour of Customer. Please, Note down. To prevent from such green line issues. Follow the following steps. 1)prevent phone from fall of a height on hard surface. 2)Do not put your phone in a pants pocket which is very tight. 3)Make sure while your phone is in your pocket, the coins & vehicle keys are not in same pocket. Key & Coins may damage the screens. . In above case, initially your phone may not face any green line issues but in future due to upadte it may be. I suspect they intentionally do this to increase sales of newer models. If you observe the pattern, issues are now arising in the S23 series, mirroring the green lines seen in the S22 series last year, and following a similar pattern from previous years.
Green lines usually show up after updates. This usually happens due to phone heating up. Try updating phones keeping all apps closed and in not too hot environment
