Facing Strange issue

I have been using S21FE for longtime. After Android 13 update device performing very well, getting good battery backup. But facing an strange issue of applications crashing, not all applications only my banking apps and WhatsApp nowadays. My friend using A52 4G device having similar banking applications crash issue.

No such issues here... clear cache partition and app repair

Tried everything even uninstall then reinstall apps.

No such issues on my A52s5g. However, I don't use the above bank apps.

I think you need to reset once.

Banking apps require lot of permissions and access to your device
so, maybe after the update, your device is restricting the apps from accessing those permissions
I guess that's why only those apps are crashing

You are right. If there is any problem in the device, all the applications would crashed but here only the banking apps.

As for HDFC Bank app, disable USB DEBUGGING from developers options and it'll solve your problem. Not sure about Kotak, try the above steps, may be they work for Kotak too.
