I am experiencing a strange issue with wi-fi usage in my mobile. Have been observing that there's a latency and data is not streamlined seamlessly . Whatsapp messages are delivered a bit late(~1-2sec) and could see videos buffer in youtube and instagram.

Is anyone facing this kind of issue?

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

Note: Before troubleshooting your device, you want to make sure that your cellphone is the only one having this problem on your WiFi connection. If all devices are having wifi issues, then you want to contact your internet provider as the issue is not with your device but most likely with your WiFi connection.

1. Navigate to the app's screen > Tap on Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Tap on the Wi-Fi network > Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.
2. If the issue has not been resolved then restart the router and Mobile Device.
3. Update software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Tap on Download > Downloading updates > Tap on Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.
