I had a very bad experience with Samsung's customer service regarding a green line issue that appeared on my phone after a security update. Instead of acknowledging the problem as a known issue caused by their software, the Samsung team told me that I would have to replace the screen at my own cost – even though it was clearly not my fault.

I expected better from a brand like Samsung, but unfortunately, they refused to take responsibility. It’s frustrating and unacceptable.

I strongly recommend everyone to avoid buying Samsung phones. If you face an issue like this, don't expect any help from their service team. Poor after-sales service and no accountability from a company of this size is a huge letdown.
