Galaxy SOpen Settings -> Security & Privacy -> Updates -> Google Play system update and then download the latest update and restart phone.
After installing the latest update open the DRM Info and check the Widevine version, it should show L1.
After this uninstall and install Netflix again and even Netflix will should Widevine L1 certification.
